Contributions are voluntary, do not unlock features, and do not change the terms that apply to your use of the platform.

Donation options
Secure online contribution
You can make a contribution using the options below.
PayPal lets you make a payment using either your PayPal account or a credit card. If you do not have a PayPal account, just click the button that says 'Debit or Credit Card'.
Donations are processed directly by PayPal. When you click the donation link, you are taken to PayPal's website, where you provide any information required to complete the transaction. We do not collect or store your payment information.
If you would prefer to send a cheque by postal mail, contact us for details on how to send your contribution.
Team or organization support
If your organization wants to support SimplePIA more formally, contact Privacy Made Simple to discuss larger contributions, sponsorship-style support, or other arrangements that fit your procurement process.
Security and privacy
When contributions are processed through the third party payment provider, that provider handles the payment transaction. SimplePIA does not receive or have access to any of the financial information given to the payment provider.
Our handling of account information and platform data is described in the Privacy Policy, including how we safeguard information and use third-party services.
Contribution and refund policy
Contributions are optional and intended to support the ongoing operation and improvement of SimplePIA. Because they are voluntary payments we do not expect to issue refunds.
However, contribution payments may be made by mistake. If you believe a payment was made by mistake, contact us directly and we will review the request in good faith. Third-party processing or banking fees that were not charged by Privacy Made Simple may not be recoverable.
